Instajet is an editorial publication. We do not sell flights, broker charter or take bookings — if you are trying to charter an aircraft, an operator or broker is who you need, not us.
Where to write
Three addresses, three jobs
Kept separate so a correction is never triaged behind a press enquiry.
- Corrections
A figure that is wrong, a source that does not say what we say it says, or a claim that has been overtaken by events. Include the article URL and the source supporting the correction where you have one. Corrected articles keep their URL and record the date they were changed.
- Editorial
Story suggestions, questions about how something was reported, and reader mail. If you are an operator or a programme and something we have published about you is out of date, this is the address — or use corrections if it is a matter of fact.
- Press and partnerships
Press enquiries, data partnerships and commercial questions. Note that nothing on this site is for sale editorially: coverage cannot be bought, and any paid placement would be labelled on the page it appeared on.
What to expect
What happens to your message
A correction is checked against the sources cited on the article before anything is changed. If it stands, the article is amended, its modified date updates, and that change propagates to the sitemap so the corrected version is what gets re-crawled. If it does not stand, you get a reply saying which source we are relying on, so you can tell us if that source is the problem.
We do not publish reader correspondence, and we do not pass on contact details to operators, brokers or advertisers.
The editorial policy sets out how articles are produced and what the review state on each one means.
