NetJets expands private terminal network with three new locations
The fractional ownership operator is opening dedicated facilities in Dallas, Washington D.C., and Colorado, and expanding its West Palm Beach terminal by 50 per cent.

NetJets has announced three new dedicated private terminals for its customers in Dallas, Washington D.C., and Colorado, and is expanding its existing facility in West Palm Beach.
The new terminals will serve customers at Dallas Love Field (DAL), Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Northern Virginia, and Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL) in Colorado. The West Palm Beach terminal at Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT) will expand by 50 per cent to 15,000 square feet. These additions bring NetJets' private terminal count to 15 locations either open or in development.
According to Private Jet Card Comparisons, the new locations give NetJets exclusive-use facilities at nine of the 13 busiest U.S. private jet airports. This includes all six of the busiest airports: Teterboro, Love Field, Westchester County, Donald J. Trump, Dulles, and Las Vegas Harry Reid. The operator's network now spans Scottsdale (ranked eighth among busiest airports), Van Nuys (ninth), and Naples, Florida (13th).
The Dallas facility was first reported in September. Recent filings suggest a private terminal in Austin, Texas, is also in the future, though this has not been confirmed.
Of the announced locations, Dallas is planned for 2028 and Rifle Garfield County for 2027. Neither the reporting nor NetJets has provided an opening date for the Washington D.C. terminal at Dulles. Las Vegas Harry Reid is scheduled to open late 2026.
Patrick Gallagher, President of NetJets Aviation, stated that the investment responds to owner demand across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations. The company says the facilities "enhance the dependable access and anticipatory service that define seamless travel for NetJets customers."
The expansion reflects continued investment by the Berkshire Hathaway unit in infrastructure to support its fractional ownership customer base. It is unclear from available reporting whether these terminal expansions will affect pricing for existing or new NetJets customers.
