Air Charter Service wins World Travel Awards' Europe private jet charter prize

The operator took the award on 17 October, following wins for FlyExclusive in North America and Privé Jets in South America and the Caribbean.

Air Charter Service has won Europe's Leading Private Jet Charter 2026 award from the World Travel Awards. Private Jet Card Comparisons reported the award was presented on 17 October at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Montenegro.

The operator's European team reported a significant rise in activity. Andy Christie, Group Private Jet Director at Air Charter Service, said the award recognised a year in which the company's "offices across the continent have seen a huge increase in charter numbers so far this year, up by almost 50% in H1." Air Charter Service operates 15 offices across Europe.

Christie said "It is a great honor to have been named as the continent's best at what we do," and thanked those who voted for the operator. He continued: "The award is testament to our European team's hard work over the past year – our offices across the continent have seen a huge increase in charter numbers so far this year, up by almost 50% in H1. And this award is recognition of their achievements, with each one of our 15 offices in Europe contributing to this year's fantastic figures."

The World Travel Awards also recognised operators in other regions. FlyExclusive won the North American category in 2026, while Privé Jets won the award for South America and the Caribbean.

Other nominees for the European award included 365 Aviation, Air Partner, NetJets, and LunaJets, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons.

The World Travel Awards annually recognises leading travel and tourism businesses across multiple categories and regions. Air Charter Service's win reflects sustained demand for charter services in Europe. Private Jet Card Comparisons did not report whether the 50 per cent increase in H1 charter numbers has continued into the second half of 2026. It is also unclear from available reporting what effect this award may have on the operator's pricing or commercial terms for charter clients.
