Magnifica Air marks first anniversary with aircraft still in completion

The new operator, which debuted publicly at NBAA-BACE 2025, plans to serve six initial US destinations with ACJ220 and ACJ321neo aircraft once operational readiness is achieved.

Magnifica Air is marking its first anniversary after its public debut at NBAA-BACE 2025, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. The operator remains in the preparation phase, with its aircraft still undergoing completion and not yet in service.

The company plans to operate the ACJ220 and ACJ321neo. Its ACJ321, unveiled in February at Orlando International Airport, is still completing its interior. Initial destinations will include Miami, New York, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas and Houston. According to its website, the operator also plans to fly to San Jose and Palm Beach.

Wade Black, Magnifica Air CEO, said in a press release that "when we stood at NBAA last year, Private Class was a vision for how the journey could work differently." Black continued: "Twelve months later, that vision is becoming tangible. We have our first undergoing completion, an experienced team around us and partners helping us build every part of the experience. There is still a great deal of work ahead, but it is exciting to see Magnifica Air taking shape."

Membership and partnerships

The operator has begun offering prepaid memberships with benefits that include fixed pricing and access to luxury events. Magnifica Air has also launched luxury partnerships, including Robb Report's House of Robb at Faena Hotel Miami Beach and the Miami Formula One Grand Prix.

Operational timeline and pricing

Private Jet Card Comparisons does not report what membership costs or hourly rates Magnifica Air will charge when operations begin. The reporting also does not say when the company expects its first aircraft to enter service, or how many additional aircraft beyond the ACJ321 known to be in completion are under contract.

For potential cardholders and charter clients, these are critical details. The operator's membership model represents a departure from traditional jet card structures, built around fixed pricing and curated experiences. However, without knowing the cost of membership, hourly rates, or the operational start date, it is unclear from available reporting what the actual value proposition will be for customers deciding whether to commit funds early. Those considering early membership should seek pricing and timeline details directly from the operator.
