Outlier Jets wins Naples Daily News Community Choice Award

Outlier Jets, a Naples, Florida-based charter and jet card broker, has won the Naples Daily News Community Choice Award, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. The broker bested local rival Elite Jets, which is part of Priester Aviation, and NetJets, the world's largest private jet operator, which was also a finalist. The award honours "exceptional businesses and organizations." Winners were announced last week at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.

Outlier Jets is marking the honour by offering $1,000 Prime Social gift cards through 31 December 2026 to anyone who visits its Flight Command Center in Naples and buys or renews a jet card. The reporting does not say what the $1,000 card can be used for or whether it applies to existing cardholders renewing mid-contract.

The Flight Command Center and member base

Outlier Jets opened the Flight Command Center earlier this year at Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt in North Naples. CEO Michael Farley told Private Jet Card Comparisons the facility is "the hub, and an important part of the larger operation." He said it houses "a full-scale interactive cabin display so new card members walk cabin categories before their first flight and aircraft buyers compare airframes with range maps side by side."

Farley said members fly "coast to coast, to the Caribbean, Europe, and we have people in every North American time zone." The reporting does not say how many cardholders Outlier Jets serves or when it was founded.

Outlier Jets reports an 85% retention rate for jet card members. The reporting does not say how this rate compares to industry standards or how it is calculated.

Farley told Private Jet Card Comparisons that the award carries particular significance locally. "The award is Naples, and we're proud of that," he said, adding, "It's our backyard, but the product is national."

Pricing implications

For cardholders considering switching brokers or new members evaluating Outlier Jets, the $1,000 gift card applies only to those who visit the Flight Command Center in person and buy or renew a jet card through 31 December 2026. The reporting does not disclose whether the promotion extends to renewals by existing members under current contracts, or whether it applies to charter-only customers.
