Unity Jets offers up to $1,000 in credits to OneFlight defectors

Miami-based charter broker Unity Jets is offering new customers up to $1,000 in credits toward catering, ground transportation and flight discounts, targeting flyers displaced by OneFlight International's operational pause.

According to Private Jet Card Comparisons, OneFlight International said on Wednesday that it is pausing all flight activity for 30 days or until further notice. Unity Jets' promotion is open to any new customer, but explicitly targets OneFlight members who have active bookings or planned trips.

The offer structure

For charter flights booked through Unity Jets that cost $20,000 or more, customers receive a $1,000 credit. Flights under $20,000 qualify for a $500 credit. Both can be applied toward catering, ground transportation or a flight discount.

Unity Jets CEO Kevin Diemar said: "We know many OneFlight members are not going to want to make another commitment." He added: "At the same time, a lot of them probably have trips on the books or are planning trips, and now need a new solution."

Diemar noted: "Since flyers may be a bit skittish about joining another deposit program, we are extending the offer to any new customers."

Timing and terms

The offer is valid through 31 October 2026. The credit applies per trip, with no limit on how many trips a customer can book, though all bookings must be made before the deadline.

Some of OneFlight's memberships included catering and transfers within the hourly rate, making Unity Jets' offer of explicit credits for those services potentially material for displaced members.

It is unclear from available reporting whether the promotion will be extended beyond October 31, or whether Unity Jets has made other operational changes to accommodate the expected demand from OneFlight customers.

Private Jet Card Comparisons did not report whether OneFlight members can transfer existing credits or prepaid balances to Unity Jets, or what happens to memberships already paid through the 30-day pause period. Neither Unity Jets nor OneFlight has publicly addressed the impact on customers with active annual memberships or fractional ownership stakes.
