Air Charter Service wins Charter Operators' Broker of the Year at Air Charter Excellence Awards

Air Charter Service has won the Charter Operators' Broker of the Year award at the Air Charter Excellence Awards, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. The Air Charter Association presented the award at a gala ceremony in West London on October 8.

The award category recognises charter brokers with more than 25 staff; a separate award was given for smaller brokers. The gala dinner drew 500 industry professionals.

The award and other winners

Joe Gallimore, Air Charter Service Deputy Group Private Jets Director, said in a press release: "As a charter consultancy, our job is to forge strong relationships with operators, in order to deliver the best solutions to our customers."

Gallimore continued: "We work closely with many members of the Air Charter Association, and we can't do our job without them. That is why this award means so much – it's a great feeling knowing that you have fully earnt the respect and recognition of your suppliers. Aviation is a people business, and for each charter flight that we do, we like to think that we form part of the operator's team, in order to make them happen."

The Air Charter Excellence Awards also honoured Gulfstream as best aircraft manufacturer and Avinode as best business service supplier.

About Air Charter Service and the awards

Air Charter Service is a London-based broker. The Air Charter Association holds the annual Air Charter Excellence Awards gala ceremony to recognise excellence across the charter industry, spanning multiple categories covering brokers, aircraft manufacturers and service providers.

For charter customers with Air Charter Service, it is unclear from available reporting whether winning this award changes pricing or booking availability. No economic value or impact of the award to Air Charter Service has been disclosed.

Industry recognition and market positioning

The Air Charter Excellence Awards draw participation from European charter operators who vote on winners across multiple categories. The recognition of Air Charter Service alongside major aircraft manufacturers and service suppliers reflects the breadth of the awards' scope. Private Jet Card Comparisons reported that the ceremony brought together 500 industry professionals, suggesting the gala serves as a significant networking event for the European charter market. The structure of separate awards for brokers of different sizes indicates the Air Charter Association's approach to recognising operators across the spectrum of business scale.
