Jet Linx signs over a dozen new base partners as it expands to West Coast

Executive Chairman Jamie Walker says the relaunched program has attracted strong investor interest, with another dozen deals expected before year-end.

Jet Linx has signed over a dozen new base partners since relaunching its base partner program last December, according to Executive Chairman Jamie Walker. Speaking at the National Business Aviation Association's annual convention in Las Vegas, Walker told Private Jet Card Comparisons he expects around 12 more deals before the end of the year.

The relaunch restructures how the program operates. Before the pandemic, base partners functioned as local partnerships or franchises. The new approach consolidates their interests into the main company while maintaining what Walker calls "the best of both structures." This enables consistency at the local level while ensuring standardized guest service across the network.

How the base partner model works

Base partners represent Jet Linx in their local communities and invest in the main company rather than operating as independent franchises. They are typically high-net-worth individuals who are active in their local communities. The company retains centralized management of safety, training, operations and locally performed maintenance.

Base partners operate private lounges where aircraft owners and guests can avoid the crowded terminals typical of fixed-base operators. Services include valet parking, vehicle detailing, an open bar and snacks tailored to the profiles of clients departing and arriving that day. Jet Linx currently operates 22 locations nationwide.

Expansion to the West Coast

Walker says plans are still being finalized for Jet Linx to bring its services to the West Coast. In some cases, new base partners replace longtime partners who are no longer active and do not wish to continue the commitment expected of ambassadors. In other cases, they are additional partners who bring complementary networks of connections and new locations.

Jet Linx ranked as the 8th-largest U.S. private jet operator based on charter and fractional flight hours in 2025, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. Neither the company nor Private Jet Card Comparisons has disclosed what impact the new base partner signings will have on pricing for aircraft owners or cardholders, or whether existing members will see any changes to service offerings at current locations.
