VistaJet receives luxury service award and China recognition

VistaJet has received commendation for customer service and luxury from The Luxury Report, a luxury magazine, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. The jet card company also won the Exemplary Brand Image Award at the 15th China Finance Summit in Shanghai, which recognized VistaJet's 15 years operating in the region.

The Luxury Report, which partnered with the Lexden Group on its awards programme, opened its Luxury Experience Awards to participants last July. Inaugural awards will take place next January. The Luxury Report is a luxury magazine and marketing company that presents annual awards in categories including hospitality, yachting, aviation, and dining. The Lexden Group, through its Leden Luxe division, is a customer experience consulting firm. Both companies are based in Britain.

Ian Moore, VistaJet's Chief Commercial Officer, said in a press release: "We're extremely proud of this award, which is a recognition of the importance that we place on client service excellence." Moore continued: "Our job is to service our customers in the best way we possibly can, from the start of the experience all the way to the end, and we empower our staff to deliver over and above for every individual. We look at every single area of a journey so that we can consistently create a better experience for our Members."

The China Finance Summit, organised in Shanghai, recognises businesses and people who promote economic growth and social progress. The award follows XO being selected for Condé Nast Traveler's 2026 Readers' Choice Awards last June.

For VistaJet's charter customers, the reporting does not say whether these awards affect pricing, service terms, or aircraft availability. Neither the source nor any other outlet has clarified how the commendations translate to operational or commercial changes for the company's cardholders.

Private Jet Card Comparisons did not disclose whether either award came with specific operational changes, financial commitments, or service enhancements for existing or new cardholders.
