FlyExclusive and FGI Yacht Group have announced a strategic partnership connecting private aviation and yachting services for their shared global clientele, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons.

The companies launched the partnership during the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The yacht show started Thursday and runs through tomorrow. Through the partnership, both companies aim to expand client access to their combined expertise and networks by connecting private aviation with yachting offerings.

The partnership structure

FGI Yacht Group specializes in yacht sales, charter, charter management, and new construction. FlyExclusive operates fractional ownership, jet card, ad hoc charter, and seaplane services — the latter added last year.

FGI Yacht Group CEO Altea Llakmani Ritter said the partnership reflects how clients already travel. "Many of our clients already move seamlessly between private aviation and yachting, making this partnership a natural extension of how they travel and how we serve them," Ritter said. He added, "FlyExclusive was a natural fit because we share the same commitment to highly personalized service, trusted relationships, and anticipating our clients' needs wherever their travel takes them."

Audience overlap

Private Jet Card Comparisons notes that over 50 per cent of its subscribers list yachts and boats as a lifestyle passion interest, suggesting a substantial overlap between the audiences these two companies serve.

What remains unclear

The reporting does not specify what new offerings or benefits the partnership will deliver to clients. Neither company has announced pricing changes or new service tiers resulting from the collaboration. It is unclear from available reporting whether the partnership will launch new service offerings or when benefits for existing clients will become available. For charter clients or jet card holders already working with FlyExclusive, the reporting does not indicate whether the partnership brings immediate changes to existing service agreements or whether new integrated offerings will require separate decisions to adopt.
