Four Corners Aviation rebrands as Mente Aviation

The charter and management operator is aligning itself with its parent company, Mente Group, under a unified brand.

Four Corners Aviation has rebranded as Mente Aviation, aligning the charter and management operator with its parent company, Mente Group.

Private Jet Card Comparisons reported the rebranding on 13 October. The move aims to consolidate Mente Group's services—aircraft advising, transactions, consulting, appraisals, charter flights and aircraft management—under one identity and website.

The rationale for the rebrand

Brian Proctor, Mente CEO, said in a press release that the rebrand leverages recognition Mente Group has built in business aviation. "Mente has built significant recognition and credibility in business aviation," Proctor said. "So it makes sense to put the full strength of the company behind the name that resonates in the marketplace."

Proctor continued: "At the same time, Mente Aviation gives our charter and management capabilities an identity that immediately communicates what we do. Together, they make it easy for clients to see the complete range of expertise available to them."

Consolidation and operational efficiency

The rebranding includes a new logo and a consolidated presence on Mente Group's main website. The company sought to unite its services on a single platform so customers can see the full range of offerings in one place.

Consolidating under one brand also allows resources such as marketing to focus on a single website and brand rather than maintaining separate identities.

Pricing and contract implications

It is unclear from available reporting whether the rebrand affects pricing, service terms, or existing charter and management contracts. The reporting does not say whether existing Four Corners Aviation customers will experience any operational changes or whether their current agreements remain in place under the new Mente Aviation brand.

Neither Mente Group nor Private Jet Card Comparisons has disclosed when the rebrand took effect or when customers will see the transition to the new brand across all touchpoints.

What remains unknown

The reporting does not specify the timeline for full brand migration or whether Four Corners Aviation will continue to operate under its former name during a transition period.
