FlyExclusive opens Raleigh headquarters while expanding Kinston operations
The fifth-largest US operator is moving executive functions to a new 24,000-square-foot office while adding more than 100 aviation jobs at its original North Carolina base.
FlyExclusive has formally opened its new corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. The 24,000-square-foot office at One North Hills Tower houses leadership, finance, technology and commercial operations, including membership sales, with over 150 employees already working from the space.
The relocation from Kinston, where FlyExclusive was founded in 2015, consolidates teams serving the same clients. According to the source, putting these teams in the same building shortens decision cycles and helps FlyExclusive respond faster to client demand. The office was intentionally designed to have technology drive operations and innovation.
At the same time, FlyExclusive plans to add more than 100 additional aviation jobs in Kinston. These will be based at its MRO operation, which includes paint, interior, avionics and maintenance divisions. The company has also announced plans for a pilot training facility at the North Carolina Global TransPark, for which it recently received a $30 million state grant.
Chairman and CEO Jim Segrave said, "Having access to talent locally was a big part of how we needed to grow the business." The executive also noted that FlyExclusive has been leaning into artificial intelligence to streamline operations. "Every piece of this business is being evaluated on how we can automate, streamline, and make ourselves more efficient," Segrave said.
FlyExclusive is ranked as the fifth-largest US private jet operator based on charter and fractional flight hours in 2025, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons. In June, the company set records for jet hours and jet card sales, and posted a third consecutive quarter of positive EBITDA.
The company was launched in 2015 with a single hangar in Kinston before expanding across North Carolina with the opening of its Raleigh headquarters and concurrent growth of its Kinston operations. Neither the source nor the company has disclosed whether the job expansion in Kinston or the Raleigh headquarters opening will affect pricing or availability for existing jet card holders.
